There are two, well attended, classes at the Buchan St Neighbourhood Centre
Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am and
Thursday 6.00pm - 7.00pm
Partners can also join the group but must have a check up with their GP before they start.

"I have been a qualified exercise instructor for the past 15 years and specialised in Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV in 1998. I really enjoy the ‘Back in the Swing’ classes, everyone is so friendly and the Buchan Street Neighbourhood Centre has a really good atmosphere to work in."
