Aims

To promote cultural and social awareness among the Cambridge Bangladeshi community, and to provide facilities for cultural, craft and language education and appropriate training.

Objectives

To give the current dance and music students of the association the chance to perform publicly, as an encouragement to themselves and to other prospective students.

To formalise, integrate and publicise the coming together of the Bangladesh Cultural Association of Cambridge.

To commemorate the independence day of Bangladesh, and other days, as appropriate.

To encourage members of the local community to participate in the social and cultural activities.

To encourage members of the local community to take part in craft and educational activities.

To organise sports events.
